magnesium oxide is the best but you can't find it without added garbage, magnesium hydroxide is as good, can be bought in bulk and mixed with carbonated water to get magnesium carbonate, easiest clean way is buying a magnesium chloride spray bottle, taking off the spray cap and pouring 5ml of the brine into a glass of water

wtf why do all the forms have to be so complicated

magnesium oxide is literally an industrial waste product and isn't absorbed. mag citrate is best.

    I take a custom compound that has 170mg Malate 165mg Glycinate 165mg Threonate (500mg total), 1 cap a day
    Very great stuff
But if you need something very specific
Pure Glycinate is best for sleep
Pure Malate is best for energy
Pure Threonate is best for maximum bioavailability

Either Magnesium or Zinc made me sleep better, maybe both
I feel fully awake like a minute or two after I leave bed

It helps me to deal with CNS fatigue. Also it can help if you have tendency to get muscle cramps. Haven't noticed which kind is best, but citrate works good enough.

Huberman recommends magnesium threonate or bisglycinate for sleep, I personally take bisglycinate and l-theanine and have noticed I'm sleeping better through the night and waking up more refreshed.

How do you bros take zinc right before bed. I need like 200 or so calories in my stomach or I vomit it up, and I don't eat after 7.
