Cool, exactly my age then. First, you're a homosexual. Second you're not fat enough that you would have loose skin forever. With diet and exercise, yes exercise, you would have minimal loose skin and even that would only last a year. Its amazing to me how people contemplate or bait suicide for shit like this.

that its not bad at all, there are people who have lost that kind of weight and have okay skin with relatively average builds, also from your pic it doesnt seem like your skin would be that bad, your breasts arent that saggy which i think its a good indication

245-> 150 through fasting, I have no muscle beyond what is required to move around on a day to day basis, but I have like 50% of my body covered in stretch marks and my weight has fluctuated between obese and overweight for the majority of my life, since like second grade.

I look much better with a shirt on and people treat me like a human now, but I am stil la KHHV and people still don't find me suitabel as a romantic partner, you will literally never know unless you try. Harder than you think. Most of it stems from your diet as a child. And foods you grow accustomed to are lacking in nutrients. You're brain knows this so it says "I need more nutrients" and you interpret it as "I'm still hungry". I blame childhood, genetics, and the companies manufacturing food. It's not just "stop eating fatty lol" it's "stop eating and also find the right foods to meet your macros and also do the right things physically while drinking the right amounts of water"

Not impossible, but not "easy" especially when there's so much bro-science mixed in "keto is good, keto is bad, CICO is all that matters, don't eat fats, eat all the fats, blueberries are a MIRACLE FOOD, blueberries will kill you". Eating clean means a different thing to every person that does it. Processed food can literally be considered a package of chicken breasts. It's tiresome to repeat this. Not everything and everyone is aware of how to eat.

That’s a lot of skin to rebound though. So like op said, I think you’re meant to lose weight in stages do a significant weight loss, then do maintenance for a month, then cut some more until you reach a good point then maintenance. If you cut back fully all in one go, you apparently get loose skin.

I think it has to do with the elasticity of the skin. Like you I ballooned up to 250lbs but it was over three years. I never got any stretch marks. I lost the weight and the skin just went back into place.
It was something that I worried about when I first found out about it when I first started to lose weight.

      Anonymous

This seems like a decent starting point for lifting. You'll have to go all-in with good clean diet and lifting, though. Cut out any processed shit and keep track of what you're taking in, even if it's loosely.

      >I want a skinny body
I can't tell exactly what bodytype you have, but you look naturally thicker than a lanklet. I don't think you'd become bodybuilder-tier without a lot of work, but I could see just fine. If you got your bodyfat % down from there, it would be slim/fit/.

  8. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

Your skin is a living organ bro, it's not dead tissue. Your diet needs to improve, you need to increase your iron, collagen and vitamin uptake, drop sugars, keep hydrated as much as possible. Try intermittent fasting as well as people have - anecdotally - said it helps. But most importantly work the frick out. Your skin is attacked to the muscle and fat underneath it, as you lose fat you need to build muscle to create a better frame. Besides that, some loose skin really isn't that much of an issue, and will repair itself over time with good diet, exercise and lifestyle.

Remember, you're not losing weight so you can be healthier for a day, you're losing weight to be healthier for the rest of your life. Your body will continue to heal and adjust and change for the next fify years, but if you stay fat you won't make it another twenty.

Dude quit being a b***h. I was over 500 got down to 198 then fricked when COVID bullshit hit and am now at 276. All you have to do is take extra beef gelatin (helps burn the loose skin fat) and do hiit for your cardio. At 198 I only had a little bit of loose skin, barely noticeable. Those people you see with extreme loose skin have lost too much too fast. Just aim for 2lbs at most per week. But for you a body recomp routine might me better. Loose skin is 10000000000000000% better than you look right now. Plus you’ll look good in clothes, so use that to get a better paying job and get plastic surgery to remove the loose skin. Also you will fill better and happier without being fat.

Also once you’re not a tub of lard anymore you can blast roids and fill up some of that loose skin with muscle. Look at Thomas DeLauer. He lost over 100 lbs and he is definitely juiced up. He’s married but could easily slay pussy if he wanted.
