I have been clean bulking on nothing but rice chicken eggs cottage cheese fruits and veggies oatmeal and whey and no sugar.
Only supplement I took were multivitamin and creatine. I bulked almost everyday, forcing myself to eat until I felt like puking, every single day since I took pic on the left and made a decision to get big. Count your cals, count macros, lift hard and sleep enough. And I barely gained any fat. Can still see my lower abs
