Lay on your bed, and press your head into your pillow until it lifts your upper body. Do this on both sides, front and back of your head. Once that starts to get easy press down with your feet and raise your hip so only you feet and head are touch your bed and pillow.
My neck is 19 inches. Used to be 15. And almost no one can turn my head with grappling or striking. I do a lot of mma
This, the neck recovers super fast and you can hit it hard
3x15-20+ neck curls and 3x15-20+ neck extensions every other day (add 2.5lb when at the top of the rep range) and your neck will fricking EXPLODE. if you overdo it you can actually become comically big
No. YouTube neck training it's not a meme.

How do you progressively overload neck curls when you're already doing the heaviest plate for high reps? Do you just hold two plates on your forehead? Seems cumbersome to do
Mate, all F1 drivers have a massive neck, I doubt every driver in history was genetically predisposed to have a massive neck, you just need to train it, thick necks look awful tho, your twink thin neck is probably more attractive to women
It's 90% posture and traps. You could have the strongest neck in the world and it would look like twig if you're not shoving it back against your traps (aKa good posture).
OP, check out Josh Bryant’s neck videos and writings. His pdf on Amazon about building a tactical yoke is great, im currently tossing it into my lifting routine. Full scale trap and neck program to add in.
yup
No! Progress takes time, keep up the hard work! I believe in you

Time under tension or reps.
Yeah pretty much
You could get a harness and rig it up to use a cable machine too
Heavy deadlifts are the only things that grow the neck
I have gained 2 centimetres in 2 weeks unflexed. High reps every other day seems like it works.
do trap shrugs like you're trying to PR on bench. I mean dont 1rm them but you should nearly have an aneurism after the 9th/10th rep.
your neck gets some work done with anything you do in life. so going by abdominal gains logic, the neck is indeed made in the kitchen.

Pencil neck isn't attractive.
Neck can be trained, I did neck training in judo and frick it's hard
Head bang to failure.
Do you feel doms or a neck pump?
Only the wrestlers bridge works. Machines and harnesses are CRAP.
Face up and face down. Right ear, left ear, down the middle. Start with 5 reps every direction, work up to 10...15...20.
For bonus points, do upside down pushups after you flip over.
Neck bridges will frick you up if you can even do them.
No. I grew mine by looking up at the ceiling when squatting and deadlifting. Also wrestled for a bit in highschool teehee.
Honestly, based on my personal experience gear helps
