sometimes, sometimes is genetics which imply you won't get bald
hair on your head > hair on your jaw

      This.
My dad and I are very similar, except he started getting bald in his early 20s, and always had a full beard.

I'm 29 and my hairline hasn't even started receding, but my beard is patchy and literally stops growing at like 1cm lenght (even if I don't cut it for a year).

Anyone else can back this argument up tho?

Some people go bald despite having low DHT because they have high DHT sensitivity.

Teens have super high test but no teen is balding(except 1 or 2 freaks)
And then some people suddenly start balding in their 20s,and other sin their 30s when their test is even lower...
I think there is more to it than we the general population know, yes hormones and sensitivy are a big part of it but it looks to me far from simple.

          >Teens have super high test but no teen is balding(except 1 or 2 freaks)
DHT sensitivity of the hair follicles can go up with age.

There's plenty of studies showing that blocking DHT with finasteride or dutasteride keep them from balding for years or decades.
Afaik if you have a lot of body hair finasteride works even better since you have high DHT and moderate DHT sensitivity so decreasing scalp DHT by 40-80% with meds works wonders.

In your teens the damage of your hair follicle is beginning and as you get older you are starting to see it. It takes time

Female to Male trannies grow beard although shitty ones, and they are given test.
So yeah more test = more beard, although I wouldnt say a guy has more test than you because he has a more dense beard but the correlation is there for sure.

Just means your testosterone isn't being converted to DHT.

It's genetics and test. I put on muscle like a normal man and my dick always works, but my beard sucks. Turns out all of the men on my dad's side had shit beards as far back as 1920.

I think faster growth means more test, but how much you grow is genetics. Mike tyson grew pube like beard in his prime.

It's strange how beards tend to fill out better way up to your 30's. I'm 33 and it's only been around a year ago that the middle part of my mustache started filling out thickly to the point where it grows way faster than the outer sides, whereas my whole mustache was mostly patchy throughout my 20's.

I had higher test when I was 19 than I do now at 26 (~670 vs 450, stopped smoking and got pretty fat between then and now) but I've got more of a beard now. Still patchy as frick though. The impression I've gotten by observing my beard growth is that it's simply gradually filling in with age, as says. Dad also said he only started getting a beard in his late 20s, so might be genetics.

      HIGH TEST

The entire thread is wrong. Yes, you need testosterone to grow beards, but what is VASTLY more important is if you have enough androgen receptors in your face and that is entirely genetic. Androgen receptors in your face are highly sensitive to any T floating around your body, that's why this fat frick can grow a beard even tho his T level is prob like 200 ng/dl.

Testosterone is not responsible for making body hair grow, that's DHT.

It imply means you are excluded from Spartan or Viking larping.

You can still larp as Ninja or other non beard having fairies.

      > Implying every viking or spartan grew their beards or were capable of having one.

Mind you spartans shaved so get that right through your skull, Vikings also heavily groomed themselves like SIG gays. Growing out a beard was just a way to keep your face warm during cold winters and when going sailing, it was more about functionality than looks other than maybe long hair which they kept as a sign of a warrior like many other cultures.

No, I have a great beard, but my dick is dead, it's just a genetics thing.
