I'm one of the largest dudes at my gym and I do strict 2pl8 presses, idk, it's a cool lift
I find it hard to tell for shoulders because I'm not sure if it's me having bigger muscles or just having wide shoulders
I love it don't get me wrong, I just want to make sure I'm not wasting time trying to build big shoulders
It’s the most based lift. Hoisting iron over your head and building aesthetic shoulders is giga based. People dislike it because it is difficult. Do seated DB press as well though

What's your opinion on shoulder/chest lever machines? Currently I do all my assistance jwork for shoulders/chest with dumbbells since it's what most routines recommend
Do BTNP and mog the shit out of everyone with your superior shoulder mobility and rotator cuff strength

We do not OHP for gains. We OHP to mog others by lifting what they squat
