I don’t eat pork or turkey. I hate the taste of both. I am very particular about which meat I consume and pretty much only go for beef/lamb/fish and avoid everything else. Chicken is the I don’t like it and will never buy myself but eat it if that’s the only option.

Our bodies do NOT need carbs as it is fully capable of creating all the glucose we need.
