      The average dude doesn't need to condition for more than 4h a week or you're just not getting quality workouts, or you have no other physical outlet like manual labor or a sport. Overconditioning makes you overspecialized.

    I do PPLPP mon-fri and I like it, I've always had decent legs and you do deads twice a week so I think I hit them enough.

    Yes. Just be sure to build up to it and stay consistent. The best part of PPLx2 is that once it becomes your regular routine having days where you aren’t active feels off. I really have issues with going a few days without being active or training, my body is thrown off.

      Feels great yeah, like the Duracell bunny always ready to go. There's no room for slack and sleaze. It develops your mindset as well.

      I only take Saturdays off to honor God.

    Just do minimal legs on a Push or Pull day or just one Leg day and you can turn it into a 4-day or 5-day routine.

    I do full body workouts everyday. 2 exercises per muscle group 3 days a weak beats the amount of exercises in a typical bro split.
