      >db shrugs 20x3
      >leg raises

      >PUSH
      >incline db bench/seated db ohp 12x3
      >seated db ohp/incline db bench
      >weighted dips/ped deck machine flies 12x3
      >db lat raises strict slow negatives 15x3
      >rear shoulder flies machine 15x3
      >db skullcrusher 12x3
      >cable rope pull downs 3x sets to failure
      >forearm curls 15x3
      >leg raises
      >lombar extentions

Btw if you’re not doing forearm curls, lat raises and leg raises everyday u missing out on a lot of gains.

lombar extentions not on push day my bad but u can really do them anytime, maybe keep for leg day. i rarely do them tho since they make me light headed.

Doesn't seem like much back work on pull day

Honestly I used to have a 3rd exercise but I’m usually so exhausted after those 6 sets it’s just wasted volume and I got light headed by the time I had to do shrugs. 12 sets weekly for lats is enough if you go hard and heavy.

do you really make this thread every damn day?
    >OP makes same anti-ppl thread
    >IST comes to defend ppl but not reddit ppl because they dared to put their name on what was essentially community consensus
    >semantic arguments ensue about volume and set rep schemes that are at best temporary in any long term programming
    >fullbody noobs have to get their two cents in on why they never gained on ppl
    >brosplitgays scratch their heads trying to figure out if any of this works natty

could probably save yourself a lot of time dropping your accessories to 2-3 sets because what are they even doing after that many compounds?
