Anyone have any recs for easy/cheap extra calories? I've heard pesto pasta is pretty good for that so I went the noodle route

cheapest is probably sugar / honey.
bread is also full of calories

for cleaner alternatives, popular ones are rice and potatoes
but potatoes would really only be good if boiled (even frozen ones come with seed oils), and rice has arsenic

i hear olive oil is healthyer, don't know about eating spoonfulls of it tho

there's also (clean) peanut butter and dark chocolate, but it's not as cheap. nuts in general are high calory

you could just get a fattyer source of protein as well, for example if you were eating chicken you can switch to beef / pork

Thanks bro. So what you're saying is I should make peanut butter and honey slices of bread as snacks? Butter and honey is pretty tasty together, if that's not so much less efficient I'll probably do that.

Just drink loads of beer each day to gain weight.

Any nutritionists here to weigh in on this?

melted butter is fricking delicious btw
butter is technically just milk that's been beaten very hard
but the clean / healthy stuff is more expensive than the ones that add seed oils

Best butter I've ever had was that Kerrygold Irish butter, just checked their ingredients list and it was just

              beer lowers testosterone levels
it's fine like once a week when recieving communion to save your immortal soul from eternal damnation
but other than that it should not be a staple

That is what wine is for not beer. Most wine is better anyway.

Not really but its better than chips or artificially spicy food to some degree

I don't generally eat that stuff anyway. What about fast food? Thinking Taco Bell or Chic-Fil-A.

Pasta is great when bulking, especially if you make yourself some good meat ragù and put some Parmesan/Pecorino. It goes down easily and also you can eat lots of it in one sitting. That’s why I don’t eat pasta anymore.

Unironically though aren't the calories in beer fricking useless? That won't make me anything but skinnyfat right?
