I ran for about 10 minutes at a moderate intensity last night before lifting, and then tried walking at a 15° incline at 4mph. It was much harder than I expected.
I definitely want to do more of that, for longer.
I just don't like squandering >30 minutes on cardio.

I fricking hate cardio, but what about stationary bikes? I prefer that than running.

Only if you put effort in and push it...do a spin class or get a turbo trainer and do a zwift workout.

Bikes are a lot easier to frick off on than running. Just make sure you're getting your heart rate up.

Remember when anti-antivax propaganda was inorganically propagated out of nowhere in the 2010s in order to get easily manipulated sheep who lack the divine spark to willingly take an mRNA gene therapy?
          Those were the days.

It started in the 2010s and continued into the 2020s.
The mental conditioning started long before covid.

It was spread by dumb housewives on facebook because of a paper that has since been withdrawn for being completely made up which claims vaccines cause autism
Kinda the same how you morons think modern vaccines cause heart attacks
PROTIP: Heart disease is the world wide #1 killer, even pre-covid, so citing a couple cases where a vaxxed guy had heart disease doesn't mean shit

OP you are objectively wrong. The best thing is the elliptical, it doesnt kill your knees, opens up your chest for more efficient breathing, utilizes your entire body. You will get the results with any of those machines, however the peak efficiency and peak ergonomics is the elliptical

The real secret to walking is making sure your heart rate stays in the 60% max HR range (usually 115 - 135 for most people) for 45 min +.

    >Max fat burning
    >Suppresses appetite
    >Active Recovery
    >Improves cardio base
