    I have top notch cardio thanks to it. I had top notch cardio even when I skoked a pack a day thanks to it.

    My calves, forearms and eer delts burn after a 15 mins sesh (usually to DnB). I know awesome tricks and I rope mog DYELs at my gym.

    So yeah… it’s based.
