The seaweed is tasty and I prefer the higher rice-to-fish ratio in rolls. You can also put just about anything in rolls, I sometimes make them with chicken. If I was going to eat plain fish on rice I would just make a bowl of it instead. >inb4 chicken lmao not real sushi
