      >rolls are for plebs
I've always noticed this. It's always the liberal women and cuck "men" that heckin love susherinos but only eat maki rolls and never nigiri. I had a girl tell me there's "too much fish" on nigiri. Like b***h you obviously don't like sushi then.

      >rice, fish and veggies

I always go before 330 when the buffet is only $30. I eat 25+ pieces and don't tip. Making these stupid chinks lose money

As with all things, it's good in moderation. They have more carbs then fish and are cheaper so I like them when I bulk.

That being said you're right about gays and women liking rolls "for the taste". WTF it's literally the same ingredients but configured slightly differently.

The profit margins on sushi is moronicly high in the West. Most places can serve at 1/2 the price of the normal selling price and still turn a profit. Don't kid yourself moron.

The seaweed is tasty and I prefer the higher rice-to-fish ratio in rolls. You can also put just about anything in rolls, I sometimes make them with chicken. If I was going to eat plain fish on rice I would just make a bowl of it instead.
      >inb4 chicken lmao not real sushi
I wish people who consider sushi some gourmet delicacy a slow and painful death. It's just fricking rice with vinegar with whatever lying around invented by poor japanese fishermen.

Yeah, sumo wrestlers love that shit, and they are strong af bloat lords: basically powerlifters, but respected.

Don't sumo wrestler eat super fatty soups, I don't know how much sushi you'd have to eat to mantain that physique.

Yeah their primary dish they eat is chankonabe which is served along rice and beer or sake. Depending on how it’s made it can be super calorically and protein dense, but sumo wrestlers are also known to enjoy sushi as snacks since it is a good source of carbs and protein.

I've made it too but cooking, seasoning, and forming the rice was surprisingly lots of work and I'd rather just get a wagie to do it for me.

The fish is usually farmed, which is horrible and should be avoided

Even farmed salmon has a beneficial omega3:6 ratio. Not sure about eel but they get cooked anyway

        Eel is fed with basedbeans.
Most restaurants add a shit ton of msg/sugar to the rice as well, it's usually better to make it yourself.

That beneficial omega ratio comes with a metric frickton of pesticides, antibiotics, parasites and shit the fish spend their entire life swimming in. They are fed with pellets that barely qualify as food. Farmed fish is literal poison.

Good for bulks. Way too calorie-rich for a cut. I never feel full from a plate of sushi.
