        No healthy person gets in a coma after eating. You're basically eating:
        >seed oils or high PUFA meats like fatty chicken / pork / fish
        >too much starch, especially wheat
        >Incomplete meals that are too high in carbs without enough saturated fats and protein
        >a combination of the above

          I don’t have a single grain product in my kitchen and haven’t eaten any in like 4 years though. I fast 23+ hours every day and eat almost no carbs and am totally fat adapted at this point. I max out at the gym and on runs deep into a fast.
          The only things you listed that I eat are chicken and pork, which I have noticed are the likely culprits. But eating beef every night is expensive as frick
