Is there a non meme way to train forearms?

Is there a non meme way to train forearms?
It seems like every piece of equipment in the gym is especially designed to avoid training forearms. Gym goers typically have very weak forearms compared to the rest of their bodies it seems.

Deadlifts without straps and mixed grip. Reverse curls, farmerswalks or just do manual labour

What are you talking about? unless you use straps everything you grab will train your forearms... barbells, dumbbells, pullups bars, etc.

They all have very thin handles so that you barely need any grip strength to hold onto them, resulting in this kind of weird physique where they have the forearms of a 14 years old yet the rest of their bodies is herculean.

If it has a thinner handle then just use more weight.
Give everything a 3" thick handle so that you have herculean forearms and twig legs because you can't grip more than 150lbs for deadlifts

This is why I shill for kettlebells often. They have thick handles. Use them for Farmer's Walks and bicep curls/reverse bicep curls and you'll see the forearm gains.

Farmers walks, I like using a hexbar and focusing on time under tension rather than distance.

Get your ass some kettlebells, make some diy punch blocks, and grab some COC grippers.

Your hands will be fricking vice grips with forearms to show for it.

Gfs dad put me to the test. Made me see how many push ups and crunches and wall sits i can do. After I got to 20 push ups the alcohol he gave me along with my gf mirin I started to do 1 hand push ups. Did 5 on one arm they tried talking I just swapped arm and did 5 more. The trick to nice forearms he said is a bucket full of sand. I use a wrist roller and do dead hangs and farmer walks. You could also go out and just dig holes instead of getting a manual labour job
