    Yeah, if you work out hard enough maybe you'll release some endorphins.

    But it's a lot rarer. It happens when you elevate your heart rate for a prolonged period of time. Three sets of 5-12 reps won't cut it.

        Don't have to imagine, I already have a gf. We met before I even started lifting. You can do anything you want, provided your gf is up for it. But you can also influence your girlfriend depending on how much she loves you, I have a homegym so I got her into lifting. Having a gf is more of a spiritual/emotional thing anyway. Obviously sex is amazing, having my gf massage me after leg day and vice versa is one of the best feelings I've ever experienced.

        I have a wife that I also met before I was lifting seriously. It is actually nice since she loves me and wants me to be the best I can be. She's supportive and has taken care of me through tough times. I try to do the same but I'm an ADHD mess with autism and anger sprinkled into it so it's tough.

    I feel it with bench press sets. When I've completed my 3rd set and I stand up my posture and pump is so good I feel extremely powerful.

    The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump. Let's say you train your biceps, blood is rushing into your muscles and that's what we call the pump. Your muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and it's really tight and it's like someone is blowing air into your muscle and it just blows up and it feels different, it feels fantastic.
