Does edging increase stamina? Just got out of a 6 year relationship and I'm worried I'm gonna bust it in 2 pumps with a new girl

The problem is, I always edge for like an hour before nutting.
So far it's been 3 days of nofap no nut whatever.
I'm gonna max out my lifts starting tomorrow with bench press so I won't fap until Friday night.

I feel you anon. I don't even edge I just spend a lot of time looking for the right thing to coom too, and usually it ends up being medicore anyway. I think the best thing to do is to limit it to once or twice a week, it improves the coom and makes me feel less guility for spending an hour on it.

Porn and masturbation are only bad for you if they are affecting your life negatively.
I masturbate to erotica and softcore solo porn like once or twice a week and it has never impeded my focus on other important things.

The main thing that bothers me about it is that I actually spend quite a bit of time every day consuming porn and it feels like a waste of time

Then it IS a problem you dumbfuck. Find hobbies that are rewarding and good for you and the time you spend on porn will decrease on its own until it's only on your mind when you have free time.

I have a lot of hobbies, that doesn't in any way make me wanna look at porn less though

When I look at even light erotica (swimsuit with over the top come hither looks) my mind starts screaming have a nice day, no one will ever love you, just die, kys kys, you fucking retard you are worthless, you suck, end it. If I see full on porn sometimes my erection overwrites those thoughts until I nut then it is back to the regularly scheduled self loathing. I’d say I might be schizo but it is clearly my own inner monologue and not some magical other. I just hate myself and no accomplishment like graduating Cum Laude or hitting a really heavy lift stops it.

    >broke my nofap
    >nut 1 felt really good and like a lot of stress was let out, gallons of cum shooting out
    >nut 2 was okay, didn't use porn
    >nut 3 was too quick, didn't enjoy it
    >nut 4 I went too far and watched some truly disgusting POV JOI,

I feel like shit. Not only because I broke my no fap but what i broke it to

    >from nofap
    Probably

    >From quitting porn
Yes, enormously. We've been studying this for ages now, porn ruins the male biology

    My personal reasons:
    1) it takes a lot of time out of my day
    2) I feel satisfied after but that feeling isn’t real or earned
    3) I am getting dangerously old and alone, and it’s time to break the routine or there might be no going back
    4) People see me as a wanker and they are right. If I don’t do it, it won’t be true.

You do it for your soul. Any physical benefits you experience, placebo or not, are just a bonus.
