Replace the gross sugar beans with Columbian style beans and it's perfect.

A can of diet cola, 20mg of Ritalin (prescription), and a can of tuna/sardines are what I am on now. Frick being on a cut, I am beyond miserable.

Try flavored seltzer water if you want to escape that bubbly garbage.

I tried it and it feels very diluted compared to what I am used to. Seltzers are great if you're dehydrated after running, but they basically have no flavor.

I dislike the sugar beans. A Mexican or Indian style that is savory would be better, otherwise I like the plate.

I have a lot going on irl and for the past month have had no appetite due to depression. What is a good choice for raising overall calories? I almost have an eating aversion sometimes it seems. I used to be able to eat a lot when I was lifting previously.

Alcohol is a fantastic tool for the chronically underweight. All the alcoholics that I work with have enormous beer bellies.

alcohol isn't reliable you do piss a lot of it out it's why you should drink spirits not beer because they are more poisonous so you piss them out more
don't tell people to drink alcohol though it ages you terribly and it ruins your skin

Literally the best hangover cure on the planet. Although I like the full Irish better. Also don't underestimate the power of the Polish breakfast.

A full English breakfast is a traditional dish that consists of various foods such as bacon, eggs, sausage, beans, toast, tomato and mushroom. It is a hearty meal that can provide a lot of calories and nutrients.

However, it may not be the best choice for a post-workout meal, as it can also be high in fat, sodium and cholesterol. These can increase your risk of heart disease and other health problems if consumed too often123.

A good post-workout meal should include a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fluids. Protein helps repair and build muscle tissue after exercise. Carbohydrates help replenish glycogen stores that are depleted during exercise. Fluids help rehydrate your body and prevent dehydration456.

Some examples of balanced post-workout meals are:

Greek yogurt with berries and granola
Whole-grain toast with almond butter and banana
Quinoa bowl with sweet potatoes, berries and pecans
Protein shake with milk or onions milk
These meals can provide you with enough protein, carbohydrates and fluids to support your recovery after exercise.
