    Subway is decent. If you need to cut calories further get the salad instead of the sandwich. The only other options that I can think of are local spots that would doxx me

      If you take any fast food item and remove the bread and sauce, you're taking away half of the calories typically. That doesn't mean the burgie is healthy for you, just means its healthier

      If you live near a wawa, the classic cheesesteaks there are at least 60g of protein and like 750 calories. Combine that with a protein bar and a Reign and you’re cooking with gas my bro.

    Get a salad without cheese or sauce at qdoba/chipotle. The tasty part of a burrito is the meat and veggies, not the white rice and wrap. I go for a salad with chicken, fajita veggies, pinto beans, salsa, cilantro, and some lime juice. Delicious, filling, cheap, and very healthy.
