People expect you to be dumb, it's hard to find pants that fit properly, if your abs get strong enough it can irritate any indigestion issues you have, you're always expected to help move shit like it's something you like to do, and women just won't stop flying onto my dick bros. I already have 23 kids and have 5 pregnant women I have to take care of. I'm about to leave them fatherless in a minute. How can I fix this? Stop lifting so much weight and looking juicy?

You could just compensate by wearing glasses or nice academia-style formalwear.

This is a positive. I like when people underestimate me.

Less endurance ability. Fanily will ask you to lift heavy stuff but that's no biggie

    Fat people insulting you unprompted
    >looking kinda chubby t. 230lb 5'6" man in the middle of december
    >your grip strength is weak the second you struggle to open ANYTHING even when figuring out the twist cap
    >let me tell you about how carbs are bad for you t. obese manlet
    >you don't have the genetics to make it
    >your cardio is bad t. guy who "runs" (takes pictures in the park) once every two months
    >your form is bad t. guy who has never seen you work out
    >you're too short to lift weights t. guy 6" shorter than me
That's all from my dad and grandpa.

Also nothing fits right. Pants are impossible, I have shirts that fit from a size small to a size large (and still tight on the arms), only mires you get are from old ladies because the girls switch to that hard to get attitude because I "try too hard" which gives them the "ick," noobs keep asking me if they're doing cold showers correctly which I'm like idk that shit doesn't build muscle...

People keep jokingly asking if I want protein powder sprinkled on my meal/in my drink.
Women approach me more in social situations, like when I'm hanging out with my friends just drinking and playing UNO in the gaming bar, some random bawd will come up and try talking to me and I have to spend time getting her to leave me alone.

        I hear it everywhere
        >go to bar
You want some protein powder with the vodka big guy?
I also have people mockingly ask me what kind of steroids I'm on, people just feel the need to cope at me out loud for no reason, I'm not even in good shape just big.

      >f I want protein powder sprinkled on my meal
honestly wouldn't mind, the protein/kcal ratio of most foods you find in the wild is atrocious. I'm basically eating my own idiosyncratic shortlist of products and always decline opportunities to eat out with an

I eat the same thing every day, if people ask me to eat out I just write that day off and then fast the next day, or just drink protein powder with milk and take a multi without eating anything.
        My daily recipe is
        >multivitamin+zinc
        >125g rice
        >1 spoon oil
        >120g corn
        >200g peas
        >350g green beans
        >300g chicken breast
        >0.5kg mushroom
        >50g onion
        >1 jar of sweet and sour sauce
Just toss it all in a pan and serve it over the rice, I don't eat anything else. About 1.8k calories with over 135g of protein, not to mention tasty and easy to make.

Depends how muscular. If you train your metabolism to need 4,000 calories a day, you'll need to be more careful as you age not to become fat. Also if go really hard, injuries can be long term, fricked joints etc.
