Is there any hope for my DYEL body? I wanna reach otter mode but i seem to have failed again, i'm just too skinny and fat at the same time.

        How the fck do you look like this after lifting for 3 years? anyone can get to your muscle level in 2 months.

        Are you using progressing workloads? Are you training hard or just lifting comfort weights? Are you eating correctly?

          Progressive overload? Yeah. I try but i always stall even when bulking. I try my hardest on the first set so like 90%. Then 90% on second and on the third i go for AMRAP so i lift till failure. I calculate what i eat and it's 2000 calories as of now since cutting and 182g protein.

          I honestly don't know. I would do Texas Method if I wasn't doing my own meme routine right now but I'm lifting to make numbers go up and not for looks.

        You need to lose 20lbs if you want to see cuts. I think your time would be better spend bulking but whatever.

        I cut out all junk food. I went on a cut (without really knowing what a cut even is) and focused on protein intake. I also limited my carbs to an extent. This took about 4 months. And I managed that from my cramped uni dorm, with two shitty 30lbs dumbbells, and without any knowledge of programming. If I can do it so can you.

          Damn... That's impressive! I calculate all my calories, proteins and track my lifts inside a proper gym and i can't even achieve that in 3 years. What program did you use? I mean lack of programming aside.

            The best way to describe it is dumbbell only, full body, 3 times a week. I'm having a hard time believing you're optimised though, my brother.

              2000 calories, 182 calories. Only clean food so no fast food or beer or anything. No soda, no energy drinks, no coffee. I just don't understand what i'm doing wrong. It's clearly possible to pull off ottermode while training somewhat suboptimally. Clearly im doing something wrong but i don't understand what. I have form and many other things over the years repeatedly but yet i am dyel without any muscle at all.

                Not him but you are just eating too much. Regarding your routine I would advise you too switch to a intermediate template. Reddit PPL is a beginner routine and they don't last very long. Not 3 years, that's for sure.

                But my numbers are still beginner. I can only do 9 pullups. And for example bench 3x8 66kg. Or curl 13kg dumbbell for 9 reps in hammer grip. Intermediate i have always assumed is for people that bench huuuuge numbers like 100kg FOR REPS.
