      jeff is natty buddy. he has elite genetics and has been working out for most of his life. he also wrestled throughout school. average guy never has a chance if he starts lifting at 25-30 yo. there's something about training at an early age that does something to the body you can't get when you're older unless you take gear.

      working out or doing intense sports during puberty is a godsend, i worked out when i was 16 up to 18 yrs old and I made huge gains and got wide shoulders. even if i stopped working out and had a sedentary for years i still kept 90% of the muscle i built then and now i started working out again I'm almost back to my full strength after 2 months of PPL. its almost like i never stopped and lived an unhealthy life for 8 years. i do get tired more easily now tho.
