If you get b***hbreasts from benching then your genetics just suck. Benching develops the chest evenly, doing too much incline and you'll just look like a dyel with an undeveloped chest. You should do both.

Seen you post this gynogay before, unless that is literally you I don't see the issue. You don't wanna be that one dyel that can't even bench 225.

Your chest will grow and give you b***h breasts either way. You have the chest you have.

15 degrees with dumbbells is the objective best press for chest. Too high and it's all front delt especially with a barbell.

You can but I personally focus more on incline bench press as my main chest exercise since years of doing flat bench only seemed to hit my lower chest. I sometimes do the seated dip machine to balance it out.

If you're going for aesthetics, then you SHOULD be doing flat bench, you moron. Only having developed upper pecs looks shit.

Only occasionally. Even then, wide grip dips are a far better and more complete exercise.

There is no such thing as "too much upper chest", but there certainly is such a thing as too much lower chest.
