Crazy, I’m 24 and look like Picrel. My wife has a similar situation up top because she’s never dyed or bleached her hair. I figured it was just stress

I'm about that grey at 26 and it's definitely from stress.
Despite what other people are saying, I'm almost certain it's irreversible because grey hair is supposed to come from DNA damage in your hair making cells.

I'm 32 and don't get stressed often at all. Never have really. I work in IT and occasionally the stress goes to 200% overnight but day to day it's negligible. I noticed my first grey hair today.

Sounds normal to me. I don't think you should be surprised to have literally 1 grey hair at 32.
If anything, I'd say you're doing well. I've got a friend your age who's even greyer than me.

could be a zinc / copper deficiency
if not bryan johnson takes some weird roots that are supposed to work but I haven't looked into them. He also dies his hair but claims that his team used tech to look at hair under his scalp and allegedly he has less gray hairs than before

If it's dietary it can be reversed. If it's not dietary it cannot be reversed.
Odds of it being dietary are slim to non.

Would kill for Grey Hair to be my main problem. Lost all texture, volume and now thinning at 25. Grey hair ain’t bad, rock it with confidence or just dye it

      >just dye it
whatever you do, don't do this lmao
dyeing your gray is very noticeable and screams insecurity and women tend to find it attractive anyways

You say that like an insane amount of women don't dye their hair to get rid of greying

Women don't want grey hair themselves, but they love it on men. Silver fox is a meme for a reason.

Grey hair makes no difference. Be glad you aren't balding and move on with your life.

Dye your hair. I am white and planning on doing just that or use highlights in the meantime while its not too bad.
If you are asian then like 70% of asian males dye their hair in asia

They’re everywhere on my head, every square inch contains about 3 silver hairs. My facial hair is much worse and scores a cat 4

It all comes down to low amounts of peroxidase in your scalp, and that leads to hydrogen peroxide bleaching your hair.
There is an expensive product, it's called Elixir anti-grey. 120 swiss francs a bottle.

Grey hair is cool. Don't be a b***h and own that shit. As with anything, helps if you're swole.

eat enough foods high in zinc/copper
    fistful of cashew/almonds a day
salmon once or twice a week

zinc is great for mens health in general but too much zinc inhibit absorption of the copper
that might have saved you a few years from early greying so make sure to get a good balance of both.

i briefly read something about seaweed awhile ago but i forgot to read deeper into it, might be nonsense

cut out any ultra processed foods and dont take vaccines unless youre a risk group case for whatever reason
since people who took the vaxx seem to be aging rappidly lately
