>drink about 400ml milk daily
>legumes twice a week

store brand skyr was 29 europesos per kilo of protons and lidl brand frozen chicken breast was 39 or something
so if you want animoo protons, check if you have something like skyr around

iirc they were a "complete" protein too, right

Dairy is the only obvious thing that's missing. You'll get better results if you pair proteins for better amino acid ratios. Legumes go with grains and dairy goes with gelatin (bone broth, etc). Meat is already perfect and doesn't need to be paired. If you save your chicken bones in the freezer you can eventually make free bone broth.

go to the foodbank, they literally give you two gallons of milk a week for free, and they always have plenty because the swarthoids that usually go to the foodbank dont drink milk, tell them you're on gomad and they might give you more

diet is really something you don't want to skimp on though, you are worth buying some ground beef at the very least

i buy 40 cans of tuna for $30 in bulk.
then a 50 bulk of eggs and 12 chicken breasts
add to that rice and broccoli, prepare it for the week.
then 30g of protein per 150 calories from my protein powder.

Dog food is extremely cheap and has a lot of protein added, i recommend dry ones because wet dog food is too gross to swallow

OP here, how safe would be eating wild animals?
Assuming I get rid of the entrails (which is where most parasites are) and cook the meat properly.

if you're rural it is as fishing /but birds are more prone to fly here and there and eat shit
        also try fishing or hunting
farther from big city, closer to nature - more safe
i doubt that you are able to keep chickens or rabbits so minifarm likely is not an option

You can be safe from parasites if you cook the meat long enough. Making stew makes any meat safe from parasites.

the eyes, heart, kidney are pretty good to eat
lung and intestine are kind of mushy for my preference
        herbivore liver can be eaten
birds can have partly developed eggs in them, good for a stew or boil and eat like popcorn
