Is there any way of reducing the amount of sleep you need? I only got 7 hours last night and had the worst workout of my life this morning. Feels like such a waste of time.

FIPPITY BIPPITY
You can increase the quality of sleep. Quitting or limiting caffeine and wearing a sleep mask are two things that immediately come to mind.
You should be aiming for 10 hours a night. Do not heat your bedroom.
Did Maggie only sleep for 4 hours a day?
Supposedly. Napoleon got by on six.
Yes she also got dementia
Well yeah, but that appeared after the age of 70.
Lucky her.
hag gets 24 hours now
>i know, let's make fun of the 99 poor bastards who died to own the scouse scum!
you're mentally deranged
>99 poor bastards who died
it's 99 now? qrd?
Same with Reagan. Both rest in the 9th dimension in hell
7 hours of high quality sleep will be much better than 8 hours of low quality sleep
black out your room, 18 degrees temperature, not looking at screens at least 1h before sleep, clean your room, wash your bedsheets
Improve air quality. Vacuum. Dehumidify. Air purifier. UV once in awhile to kill microbes/mold.
Add white noise. Keep a red light on(i haven't tried this yet). Avoid stimulants like nicotine. Use a heavy blanket.

Fuck no
The less noise and light, the better
White noise is a constant expected noise to drown out random noises that would actually wake you like dogs barking, crickets chirping, sirens.
Blue light is the one that affects the circadian rhythm. An anon said his brother had better sleep when his red light was on and started snoring when he turned the light off.
Also in my case deadhags/spinal decompression help me breathe better lying down. Don't know the mechanism why, but I can get good rest with 7 hours of sleep instead of 10 now.
My point is that it's better to try to block all noise first rather than trying to cancel it out with white noise
I can sleep just fine with white noise (my wife can't) but I'd rather be in total silence
Same for the red light, I literally have a red light here and even though it doesn't disturb our sleep I very much prefer total darkness
