Only thing more cringe than calling clothes pump covers is actually going to the gym in one, doing half your workout and then taking it off while flexing in the mirror acting like people are so surprised at your muscles
I wear loose fitting clothes because I used to be obese and I’m insecure about my body
I know it looks ridiculous but it’s burned into my brain that I’m a hideous blob
There's a difference. People who wear pump covers have tight and revealing clothes under their hoodie. If you wear baggy clothes or a hoodie your whole workout then it's not a pump cover. If you take it off to reveal a stringer underneath or a tank top then it's a pump cover
This whole gym fashion thing and the TikTok fitness influencer spread have made gyms social spaces crawling with zoomers who do more talking than lifting. It would be alright if they actually worked out, but no, zoomer girls just coming in with starbucks cups and make up like its a mall...
God I hate the tiktok generation. Making up new phrases for literally everything
>be bullshitting with different trades on site >wear slim jeans but bigger hoodie cuz arms are long >weight is brought up for whatever reason >everyone estimates how much I weigh >get multiple guesses at 210-215lbs >happens at least 3 times a year
I'm actually 188lbs. I just have broad shoulders

I do it and have always done it until I get warm, now I’m wearing a ‘pump cover’
well bro we’re obviously not talking about cold weather living fags
Pump cover fag. If you want to get warm then how about you turn your car heater on while you drive to the gym
I ride a motorcycle to the gym so I'm usually pretty chilly by the time I get there
it humbles you.
i try not to look at myself until i get home.

That’s called wearing a hoodie, sweatshirt or whatever you’re wearing

"Sleeper physique" and "pump cover" are terms used almost entirely by twigs

I think about it as if im hiding my power level under a baggy hoodie
>pump covers
is this a thing
it’s a term for dyels who are insecure with their bodies they’re only willing to show their muscles off when they have a decent pump going

Yes. Those guys that walk in with a hoodie and only remove it when they have a pump. It's very cringe
Yes
I want to uncover and pump her, if you know what I mean
