            Like how sprinters sprint but slower and with your feet landing more under you. It's a more natural movement and anytime I see someone that's heel striking they look like a huge dork. Forefoot strike is the new meta for running

              Thanks for the explanation. I just cycle for cardio, so I really didn't know this. I think I've heard that in basketball before a high jump you're supposed to do that too.

      saying your calves don't grow is just an excuse for weak lazy guys that do not want to run uphill or in the sand. Even skinny guys with no calves at all grew them by uphill running and running in sand.

    Do ultra incline treadmill or stair mill with a weight vest.

    Calves are notoriously hard to train, ordinary sets of 8-15 reps are NOT going to do jack
