        To a degree, yeah. But think about it, synergistic work of the muscles used. Moment you do horizontal presses for the chest you work, to some extent the shoulders, then finish it off with a vertical press. Same for back movements. You do some rows, that to some extent also work the arms( just the biceps really). But yes, i can see yours make a better bro split. Though bro split by nature sucks.

    Thats triceps being used 3 days out of 4. Bad idea. If anything combine shoulders and arms and use leg day and back day as rest for tris. But u can't do any sort of high volume
