Stop using dating apps, stop watching any "redpilled" homosexuals that are making money off your insecurity, get off this hellsite. If none of that works try therapy

When you are a kid, you aspire towards looking like a lean fit man. Once you are there, there is no satisfaction. He does have a great frame and insertions, professionally trained. Aesthetically, these types of physiques are good, but if you’ve looked like this before and been 200+ lean before, there is no going back.

Currently pretty fricking muscular just looking to lose body fat. My diet for years was terrible so theres lots of skin and shit which makes my abs look like shit but when I stretch out right or use my muscles I can see I'm pretty ripped. What do I do other than continue to exercise, get sunlight, etc? What changes can I make to my diet I'm poor as frick and finding it hard to get good food for myself.

    Lean in 6 months; maybe
Cut like that in 6 months; nope. It depends on what you are now. If you are a fatfrick no way. If you are skinny fat, it's doable Start eating a shit ton of fresh spinach out of the produce bags. Popeye was correct. There is a naturally occurring steroid in it's biology that really makes gains.

Bruh spread the word. Seriously. I've added raw spinach to every meal lately and in my shakes. I have better workouts, definition etc...in super-fast time.

This is the natural steroid - ecdysterone. Amazing

Yes. I’ve done it before. But you’ll loose your fricking mind if you’re a fatty, speaking from experience.

realistically no, its like no drinking, no junk food. And thats quite a bit of muscle, unless youre like 18-25, probably not. and its also not just a bulk, theres a cut there too. so not sure about 6 months.

Yeah realistically whoever is asking isn’t going to have the drive. If you’re just a psycho under 25 who isn’t physically inferior and are fine with working out 10 times a week, it is definitely possible.

I mean, Haydn Christenson definitely didn’t take more than 6 months to train for this one scene. It is pretty close to how you should look if you are physically active, do sports in high school and have a good diet.

Probably not. If you're starting from "average American man" you're probably 30-40# overweight

people will say yes, but then look worse than that themselves.

other than his body fat % its all face, hair, frame etc. most of which you wont be able to replicate. as for replicating his body fat % yes, but maybe not depending on how fricked your starting points and habits/menality are.
