        You can get close for sure, its more of the visual image you have in head. The truth is that in natural setting with natural lighting without some elaborate cut and refeed to appear as big and pumped as possible you will not "look like that". You will not be full and veiny and depending on genetics you might only have a 2-4 pack and they wont look nearly as defined.

        and you definitely wont be coasting with that bodyfat all year round. your training will go to absolute shit and you will lose all the muscle you are holding. if this guy is always like this, he is enhanced for sure.

        I want to say on this exact pic, it is achievable natty. Looks like he has 15.5in arms with a proportional body and 10% bf. Let's not forget his muscle insertions are great, and even with the same muscle mass and same % bf, you probably won't look like this good.
        But on some of the other pics, he looks so lean, I don't know how he maintains to feel good, especially with his low cal low prot diet

    Muscle level is achievable natty, but it does not "look" natural due to how full he looks at that bodyfat level... Looks almost shrinkwrapped.

    Yes heres how to do it:
    Eat roughly 1g protein for each lb of body weight you plan to end up at
    Aim to hit at least 5 sets to failure per week for each related muscle group
    When you achieve your desired muscle size, you cut calories to below your TDEE while maintaining high protein intake until you have below 10% body fat
