    This is only achievable and sustainable if you
    1. Don’t enjoy eating. If you enjoy eating you will never be able to maintain this type of physique without suicide dieting
    2. Played sports as a kid, leading to optimal hormone production in your developmental years leading to good bone development and “natural” muscles (not artificial gym muscles)

    You can gymcel for years and autistically track your macros and most likely will never look like this because you just don’t have “it”

    I look like this and I do long distance cardio 5 times a week. This is very achievable unless you have shitty delt and chest insertions. Most of his “mass” comes from his alright frame and great Adonis belt. Eating wise, he probably eats a normal amount of food. Focus on a balanced workout routine, as this dude has a very well balanced physique. If you abdomen is subpar, then hit it hard, because this dude has emphasized his obliques

    He has chest arms and shoulders that are the most developed. He's he's above average those aspects. By no means is he a regular lifter he is someone who probably has a bench and a barbell. Definitely does not do curls.
