What kind of routine do I need

        lift weights to failure

Raw eggs for breakfast gallon of milk for lunch almonds to snack and tuna sandwhich for dinner.
Work manual labor and do PPL 6 days a week. If your starting as a skelly it'll be easy. Don't know how well this routine works for fatties though. good luck anon.

kek dude your hips are wider than your shoulders
please do some pullups or lat pulldowns

            Anonymous

Thanks for the tip, i love pull ups. How is working lats going to my shoulders wider though?

              Anonymous

Wide grip with a slight lean back will bias the rear delts and teres major as well as the lats. It won't make your shoulders actually wider but it gives you the illusion of wider shoulders. Also do some weighted ab and oblique work. When your hips and waist are wide that's where the eye is drawn, so may as well make that area look as good as possible

That dude isn't that thin, are you one of those "power lifters" or "lifting for numbers" type of guy? Its not impressive to lift heavy when you're heavier than the plates.

        Why not?

yes if you're under 25 and have the frame for it otherwise you're probably going to struggle getting that lean without having a larger amount of muscle. Not impossible just highly unlikely and bad for your test.

yes but you're probably going to need at least dbs for shoulders and arms. Even with ring work it's a bit too compound at times.

Are chin-ups and pull-ups the be all end all of upper body calisthenics or should other stuff be included too?

idk where you'd get that idea. There's so much more in terms of what you do and time invested per week it makes gymrats looks like well balanced people. It's more than an hour a day easily.

it is for people who want it fast and don't want to take a whole year to condition their joints and connective tissue to do the actually worthwhile stuff but find me someone who can do a 90 degree pushup who isn't ripped

So the first year of calisthenics has no real gains, it's just conditioning?

Yeah, spend like 2 years lifting and then cut to 10%

The muscle can be gotten natty but not bone structure. Most guys dont have a waist that narrow and clavicles that wide

easy after 2 years and if you dont fall for the abs are made in the kitchen meme and actually isolate them
I guarantee if you dont isolate your abs you will forever be chasing this aesthetic

Yes, you wouldn't even have to lift to look like that. Just eat like a girl for 2 years and have naturally high estrogen/fem features to get you into otter.

No way dude. 10 years of training on tren maybe. Nah im just messin with ya. It's entirely possible within 8 months if you are lean

    what answer do you want?
how many people like that do you see in real life? not talking fake natty tiktok zoomers, im saying in real life in a regular commercial gym just your average gymcel that doesnt take sarms or anything. how many times you see it?

i have bene lifting for 10 years and i have seen maybe 5 people that have that level of leanness, muscle mass and fullness. and i have no idea if they were taking sarms/test. i have no reason to believe they were but also no reason to believe they werent. you can go on reddit and see beginner cycle results, most people on gear look worse than this guy. does that mean that everyone that looks good is on gear then because someone was taking steroids and still looked bad? certainly no but it does raise a question

maybe theoretically after 10 years of never missing a workout and impeccable diet you could look like that natty. but its fairly irrelevant because i doubt you will be lifting after 3 years let alone 5. maybe you wont be here after 4 months. 99,999999% of people who go to the gym will never look like that. They just won't it's a fact. so i dont know what to tell you. you have to make up your own mind.

if you are serious about achieving that, use steroids. otherwise you are just going to be chasing dreams. and all these idiots saying 8 months, 3 years, well how come no one looks like that then? "oh no i just didnt train properly or eat" frick off delusional babby's.

      OP fricking hear this man
One thing is the theory another thing is reality, most /fit people fall in one of this sins, and yes fit people, not your average joe,we are talking about that 20-30% of population that is fit
      >1.They are too fat
They may go to the gym, do diets but they just never reach a low enough bodyfat to look impressive
      >2.They are too skinny/muscle wise
They have the correct bodyfat to impress but they just arent able to consistently eat enough through years of training to feed their muscle mass so they grow very slowly or barely grow after a certain point.
      >3.A combination of both

The optimal starting body/mindset for looking amazing is fricking rare as frick because it consists of a dude who loves to eat EVERYTHING but for some reason is very skinny, because he just has the perfect amount of hunger or does hours of cardio or some weird reason like he just restricts his appetite via drugs.

yes but you won't look good unless you have a very specific phenotype.

and if you do, you don't achieve this look by training specifically for it, it's just what you end up with if you train.

yes if you are natty at 1200ng/dl test.

Unfortunatly for me im at 380ng/dl (did blood test 1week ago), i have been training for a year, and i look nowhere close to that, infact before i started training i had hourglass shape (and still do somewhat, but obviously much less noticeable).
Im honestly thinking on jumping on trt, im 34y old and training is giving me barely any results
