Nope. 100% roids. This is not even remotely possible in 4 months not even with "le muscle memory". This is unironically fricking insane transformation even if he was on gear. People need to understand how small time frame 4 months is and that you don't just turn into an IFBB pro if you touch roids.

Getting called a roider is LITERALLY the best compliment you can get as a natural. It should be something to be insanely proud of. How defensive he gets is a dead giveaway that he is roiding with knut's help.

you know what, if this was a year's progress I wouldn't even question the dude's nattyness. four months seems pretty sus, although it could also be down to lighting and camera angles in both pictures (you can make yourself look really shitty for a "before" picture if you know what you're doing)

going from left to right in 4 months is physiologically impossible without steroids. It's not only a large amount of muscle gain, but it's also a large amount of fat loss.

If you look at FPS russia's steroid gains, this guy pretty much mirrors them.

so why dont you look like that even after 3-5 years of lifting?

  21. 1 year ago
    Anonymous

that amount of progress in that amount of time is roids.

The picture in the middle is believable if he minmaxed everything and since he's a streamer he likely has the time to go to a gym, hire a trainer, hire a dietician, etc.

The pic on the right is obvious roids, that's like near genetic potential which should take about 5-8 years naturally for the average male. You just don't blow up like that while also cutting massive amount of weight which is what he did. The only thing that allows you to gain massive amounts of muscle while also losing massive amounts of fat is gear

Honest question, has anyone here actually worked out like a properly for 4 months straight?

My brother took me to the gym 6 days a week, no pauses. Followed nothing outside of Arnold’s encyclopedia. Only took protein and creatine. And I looked like OP’s pic at 17. Exactly 4 months because that’s how long his break between work was.

I don’t get these fricking threads. There’s always an army of people who can’t believe it’s doable. While I fully believe genetics plays a huge role, I don’t know A SINGLE PERSON who doesn’t have an amazing body when they’re working out 6 on/1 rest day + tracking their diet and getting enough sleep. Except for the one fat frick who claims to work out “every day” but in reality, they mindlessly throw around some weights for 30 minutes before going home.

the average person can gain about 1 oz of muscle per day. This is assuming a caloric surplus and optimal training regimen. You don't gain more muscle by hitting the gym more often, in fact you may gain less muscle because of fatigue.

17 also makes you much more resilient and allows you to work out a lot because you can recover faster.

You were likely also skinnyfat, not fat, which also makes building muscle much easier since all you have to do is eat more. It takes much more willpower and effort to eat less and maintain a caloric deficit while also trying to build muscle if you're fat. If you are skinny you are in a caloric surplus and building muscles.

You have no idea what you're talking about because you don't understand the underlying physiology of what is happening.

So, have either of you homosexuals lifted 6on/1off? And yeah I forgot to mention I was skinny, not fat like OP

          Anonymous

again, exercising more does not lead to more gains. Again, if you are starting lifting being fat, you have to lose the fat first before you gain any appreciable muscle. If you start skinny all you have to do is gain muscle.

Saying you work out 6 days a week has no relation to muscle growth. You are proving how little you know by doubling down on this statement

what does supercompensation mean in this context? Is it the body building back more musclefibers than were originally in place? Also, does this mean that working out my glutes with squats while they are still sore(a bit) from my last workout diminish my gains?

              Anonymous

fatigue produces damage on the muscle, the body heals that muscle then supercompensates in an attempt to avoid the damage again, this is how the muscle grows. If you work out before this process happens, you will end up not growing any muscle at all. This is also why progressive overload is important because your body adapts to what you previously did and you have to go further to promote growth.

supercompensation in this context means you are growing beyond what you started with.
