    My friend from the corps is 6’2 and the the leanest he’s ever been was 8% bf and 210. He was shredded and looks similar to that guy. Just remember this, my friend was doing 2 a day 1:30 hour sessions, including cardio and conditioning on top of his MOS. So achievable natty? Yes. Is it worth it? Not unless your life style can facilitate it

            yes, i work on a marine corps base and it is a big topic atm. SARMS is the hotness right now though. They don't test for this stuff in their normal drug panels unless they suspect something, and for the most part they look the other way.

    yes. All the people ITT saying it's not possible don't realize that all these photos are taken right at the end of the workout while the dude has a huge pump. All you have to do to look like this guy is execute a good bulk and cut down to ~10%bf or less, and then take a pic of yourself with a big pump. A better indicator of whether they're natty is what they look like well outside of their time in the gym. Anyone who's cut before knows the way muscles kind of deflate and wilt when you're at a caloric deficit, and only look good when you're actually working out or have a pump. Roiders will have that simultaneous fullness/roundness/3D quality of all their muscles while being dry and deep-cut, even when they're not working out
