      Because your idea of what strong is compared to size is warped by roiders. 405 is very achievable by above average genetics at that weight. There are plenty of guys his weight that can rep that weight on bench (webm is 454 @ 130lb). You can see how the well developed the guy in OP's triceps and chest are which also are his only developed muscles because bench is the only lift he trains.

          no one bulks to get stronger, you frickin nonce. you bulk to gain size. the size can then be accumulated to either muscle, or fat depending on how hard you're going.

          the guy is asian. he probably unironically has one of the healthiest, leanest diets you could imagine by eating nothing but white rice, and a mix of fish/beef/chicken and some kind of leafy green veggie shit like bok choy/watercress/cabbage literally every single meal.

          man likely ate 3 times a day before training ever in his life, now? might eat 4 meals a day. that's the big secret. some people's fricking goal in training isn't to get big, it's just to get strong. strength does not always equal size.

          Yeah. Guy in OP (155lbs) with his underdeveloped legs probably would be closer to 175 if he trained them. Was the closest I could think of besides Taylor Atwood who is u163 but way more lowerbody mass. Don't know enough lightweight benchers who don't archmax bench like Eddie Berglund.
