Because your idea of what strong is compared to size is warped by roiders. 405 is very achievable by above average genetics at that weight. There are plenty of guys his weight that can rep that weight on bench (webm is 454 @ 130lb). Yeah. Guy in OP (155lbs) with his underdeveloped legs probably would be closer to 175 if he trained them. Was the closest I could think of besides Taylor Atwood who is u163 but way more lowerbody mass. Don't know enough lightweight benchers who don't archmax bench like Eddie Berglund.
