Is this adequate progress for six months?

Is this adequate progress for six months?
I achieved it thru just not eating as much, guesstimating calories and working out.
I assume achieving and equally substantial amount of progress towards muscling up will require more than guesstimating?
I was thinking lifting hard at maintenance calories.
126kgs vs 96 kgs.

Progress is slow. That’s just the nature of the beast. I wasn’t all that satisfied with my results until over a year of fitness.

        because you retarded delusional beginner
once you have been training for 10 years and browsing this hellhole you will share the same opinion

This is why they're upset. Gaining muscle is a hell of a lot harder than losing fat. You try doing that and 1 year from now you'll be making posts about natty lifting being a waste of time.
Get your shit together and learn what it takes to really build muscle.
If you half-ass you will go no where. Also maintaining is a fucking meme, if you're too afraid to bulk then it could take you 5 years to make the same progress from a 2 year bulk and cut cycle.

Bulking and cutting is a meme, just eat as much as your body asks for while lifting heavy 6 days a week. Your instincts can tell you if you’ve got enough food for optimal muscle building and that’ll you’ll get minimal fat. Just be in tune with yourself and listen to your body, it tells you what it needs at all times.

How to get that? Reach mindfulnesses. Imagine trying to build muscle but not being in tune with your body. You’re blind men scratching in the darkness while my mind lights the way.

It’s decent. Good considering that, based on what you said, there weren’t huge amounts of effort. Now you need to eat more and actually push yourself when working out. I recommend pull ups, rows and DB press to improve back and chest size (which are your weak points rn, aesthetically), plus it will give you decent arm gains. And dont neglect legs.

I just started pullups and pushups with variations guess im on the right track.
Sucks my lats have assymetrical insertions. Right one is noticeably shorter.

Why is getting fat fast and getting toned slow?

Im not half assing. Its hard work and it is paying off somewhat.

For fat loss yes, for muscle gain no. From the little bit I've read I think you want to do calisthenics, so I'd recommend checking out the YouTube channel FitnessFAQs. Also something to consider is that most skill work doesn't build muscle if that's the goal. If you can hit 20 reps on a given exercise on your first set you should do a slightly harder variation where it knocks you back down to like 10 and work back up to 20 again

Im doing pullups and pushups as my only resistance training. Some resistance band work too.
My shoulder workouts are shadow boxing and 1 2 combos for 3.5 minutes with resistance bands in a circuit, burns like hell but delts are still looking mid.

      Amazing job bro
U 96 now?? You look kinda skinny

Its because most of my weight is in my quads theyre really big. Also im 6'4 so you gotta take my volume into account

you're a mentally ill rat who will always struggle with women
remember this next time you look at your penis; it has no value and it goes no where
easy to bully, easy to hurt, easy to push down
        echo it
        repeat it
        sit down
