    Honestly just use the SSB, it's the best lift.
    Front squat with straps is ok if you don't have access to one.

      I'm only 2 plating back squats. My front squat (with straps) is 115x12 for 3 sets.

    Your wrists can be outside your elbows, your pic has a strange grip width. You should try to rack the bar without weight, full grip, as a mobility exercise, it works great
