    walking and eating less is all youll need for a start.
    Doing a sport you enjoy is great.
    swimming, sprinting, bouldering, basketball soccer whatever it is do it on a regular basis get into a competitive mindset.

    300-500 cal deficit consistently until desired weight/look is reached and then work on maintenance until it becomes second nature. You just HAVE to do it bro, I believe in you
