Wear a hat or a sweatband. Even a bandana. Holy shit the lack of problem solving.
Also your phot skills haven’t improved in two months.
Seriously though a few things: >better lighting >use the same poses in progress pics >take pics of full body (front, back, left and right sides) relaxed and flexed (front and back) >take pics once a week but don’t look at them until the end of the month.
On top of all that, and I don’t see it really talked about here often enough, is to take your measurements when you take the pics and keep a log.
Take measurements of: >neck >shoulders >chest >biceps >forearms >wrists >waist >hips >thighs >knees >calves >ankles
Wrist/knee/ankle measurements are more for when you’re very fat, however handy to know. Once those measurements are consistently the same you can use them to find your ideal proportions using a Steve Reeves calculator.
i run at karate. youre just not allowed to wear stuff on your head, idk. sensei is a traditional guy, youre not even allowed to wear a hat in the building, you have to take it off before you enter

Got ya. Keep up the good work Anon and in a couple months update in a CBT
What's with this bullshit about incels having long hair? Some fat chick at my work with a nose piercing said incels have long hair. Sounds like a concentrated effort to defame long haired men.
2 months is barely enough to make a noticeable difference (unless you're on gear), and the photo quality and lighting is terrible so any critique is impossible.
What are your goals? What is your training regimen? Time taken is less important, best to get your routines sorted and let the effort tell the story.
Goals: I just want to look strong as frick, not too concerned with leanness, something like 18-20% bodyfat just looking really powerful. Picrel would be amazing to have a physique like that but I’m 6 foot tall and not Mongolian so probably not possible
Routine:
upper > upper > full body lifting [so 3 sessions each week]
Karate [we do calisthenics and HIIT in class as well as train fighting] 2 times a week
Upper routine is usually something like:
Main lifts I care about progressing on >3x5 OHP >3 sets of 1 arm dumbbell row ramping up to AMRAP [PR is 14 reps of 60 pounds] >3xAMRAP ez bar close grip bicep curl >and then whatever accessories I feel like [often do shrugs]
Full body routine is usually something like >3x5 Sumo deadlift >3x5 Low bar squat >3x5 OHP >and then whatever accessories I feel like xd tbh
No, my legs are overdeveloped because I was fat. I was actually obese in the past, a lot fatter than the left pic. I just don’t have pictures of myself from back then >Also routine accessories are better than doing whatever the fk each day,
True I’m sure but I just CBA to track more than 5 lifts, ngl
i love food, i am in a caloric deficit right now but by choice and its taking a lot of grit and determination. im a big eater, always have been
im currently 6' or 6'1 depending on time of day 220 pounds, aiming for 210 by christmas. once i reach 210 ill reassess and either go for 200 or just main gain for a while
See but it contradicts your goal. Anyway, I think you're right. I would first get slim and then build muscle.
Especially if you've been obese (like me) and your fat cells are ready to explode in the Jojo effect

ive been managing to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. im guessing this will stall out and stop somewhere around 195-210 pounds
once it does i will just main gain
Still think you should train legs anon, a lot of big compound lifts are going to be the thing that make the difference.
Doing a set of squats paired with your karate will be fire
Just build a routine for the accessories and keep trying heavier weights week on week, ez
i do train legs, i just dont have a full dedicated leg day. i think i explained it poorly. basically what i do on leg day is i squat and sumo deadlift, but also overhead press. maybe ill try doing legs ONLY on that day though. probably at least worth a try >Just build a routine for the accessories and keep trying heavier weights week on week, ez
youre right im just an extremely disorganized person, even keeping track of squat, DL, OHP, curls and row is kinda difficult for me
Shouldnt have cut your hair that's where all your super male vitality stays in
I had to or it was impossible to do any running, my hair is too fluffy I couldn’t see shit

not allowed to wear that shit in karate class
You said running not karate. Why not in karate? Makes no sense.

ty mang
yah i should
Never heard of a ponytail?
Yes. You got rid of that incel hair.
Also, the back looks tightler and slimmer, indicating BF loss but your lighting and camera is just awful.
What's with this bullshit about incels having long hair? Some fat chick at my work with a nose piercing said incels have long hair. Sounds like a concentrated effort to defame long haired men.
The image of an incel is long unkept hair and a neckbeard
Mom calls into the cellar:
>Timmy, want to go to the hairstylist? I go there
>NOOOOO MOOOOM! I have to built my minecraft castle.
Picrel, see ponytail and neckbeard
Nah incels would just get their mom to give them buzzcuts. Long hair requires care and maintaining.

Hit legs b***h, PPL split better
Also routine accessories are better than doing whatever the fk each day,
progressive overload builds muscle.

Well, apart from the grainy potato-shot pic, you do look rather slimmer.
Do you eat enough or do you fear it because of past obesity? If you do cardio too, you need lots of calories in a bulk.

I use a Google docs spreadsheet maybe try that,

Just tie it lmao
That he got rid of this hair is best.
you look like the dogfricker on the left
