    Yes. Don’t let any morons tell you otherwise. Thanks to social media 99.9% of people have an unrealistic expectation of what is possible with natural lifting. Especially in short periods of time. And the people saying saying this is bad progress invariably look like shit. It’s fricking weird. Reverse body dysmorphia is way more common for natties who go to the gym than actual body dysmorphia. Amount of guys with absolute trash tier physiques defending fake natties like they’re anywhere close is unreal

    On the plus side though I had good natty progress especially fat loss with decently broad shoulders so my shoulders looked wide and my waist looked small, especially in nice clothes. Also had abs. Got positive female attention and my girlfriend loved it. So it’s not all black pill, you CAN look way better with hard work and discipline but you won’t look anywhere near the guys on instagram. Turned in my natty card for minor cycles (only went above 500 test once) and the difference is night and day. My warmup on chest day is 15 one handed decline pushups supersetted with 25 flat one handed pushups at 6’4 230.
