    >no judging
unironically judges as a centrepiece of the brand, and breeds judgy people.
Go to a real gym if you don't want to be judged, as you'll be judged more at PF than anywhere else

for some reason tons of gym thots go to planet fitness either cause they're poor or because they think they won't get hit on by people over there.

gym thots don't do shit besides legs and machines. They don't need a gym with dumbbells heavier than 60lbs and they mostly squat in smith machines anyways.

yes there is its entire business model is reliant on making it super difficult to cancel your membership and hoping you just forget about it. granted they're not the only ones who do this but they're one of the worst offenders

It was my first gym, I never saw any of those rules enforced. It was really cheap but once I got to the point where I felt ready to do big boy squats and bench press etc I moved on. It's also not as hard to cancel a membership there as people make it out to be, I walked in looked the girl at the counter in the eye and told here "I'm here to cancel my membership" less than 5 mins later I was gone

Planet fitness videos are the absolute lowest hanging fruit that one can go after. Everyone knows what to expect from a Planet Fitness yet I'm sure the next generation (generation alpha?) will be making shitty tik toks in the 2030s.

    >LMAO GUISE CAN YOU BELIEVE PLANET FITNESS IS LIKE DIS LMAO!!!!!!!!!!

If it was the only gym I'd see it as a problem. We have other places to go and this puts the reddit posters in a place away from everyone else.

My location never does that pizza monday bagel monday or whatver. The staff doesn’t give a frick, in a good way. Lack of bench press is my only complaint. And at closing time that annoying as frick alarm goes off.

    Planet fitness isn't a gym
It's a place for fat people to go so they can pretend they're active

The rules of the gym, and other stuff like having a weekly free pizza day, are proof that the gym is designed to keep people fat and weak
