          Cleaning it is OK for a few reps or even sets but when you're doing it beyond failure then cleaning the bar every rest-pause rep becomes extremely hard on your cardio

    Anything that increases strength carries over to more hypertrophy later. If you get strong delts the weight is gonna be bigger when you do your upright rows and lateral raises too. Plus only noobs think there's such a big line between training styles, you gain more size than most people here believe training for strength and vice versa.

    Honestly, not that great. OK for front delts but that's about it. I'm a decent overhead presser but it wasn't until I added in plate raises and laterals that my shoulders really started to look good.
