I want to grow chest. Is this too much volume or no? Going to failure on 70% of these, except bench.

maybe just fricking try it and see
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT'S TOO MUCH VOLUME??
TRY IT AND YOU WILL KNOW
OKAY THANK YOU I GUESS?
you go, ooft ow I'm getting enough food and rest but still my body is aching ooft ow many I'm doing too much work at the gym ooft ow, you fricking moron
Oh okay. So is that why my carpi ulnaris screams so badly on a lot of workouts? It's been such a pain for the last half year. I have to slowly release me grip or it will scream
When does it hurt? I have a similar problem but on when doing bicep curls with a supinated grip but every other variations is perfectly fine.
So it's really only the right one, significantly tight and some really bad soreness. Alternating hammers are fine. I mostly feel it on ez bar if I don't take it reeeeaallyyy slow. Preacher curls, tricep cable pushdown, bicep cable curl. Not everything, but a fair amount.
You wanted to know whether you're doing too much volume. Tendinopathy is a really good sign.
going to be real with you dude.
once you start having forearm/wrist problems.
they always seem to stay for years.
when people say stretch and what not it's not a meme, there are a ton of tendons and muscles in a very compact region at either the wrist or elbow. and any one of them can interfere with another from being too tight and now allowing full motion.
Yeah this one has been around for a good while. I really started noticing it on EZ bar when I got up towards 70lbs and tricep pushdown at like 83lbs...never really bothered stretching tbh. I took two weeks off from the shit that aggravates it and it was good for like one workout after, then it came back.
Might actually be this. The forearm is incredibly complex
>warm up butterfly machine
throw it away
>flat bench
do warm up with light weight, start with bar for 10 reps, do light weight for 5 reps and then do heavier weight for 3 reps before you start lifting heavy
>incline dumbell
can stay as it is
>chest dips
can stay as they are
>cable crossover
it's the same as butterfly machine so pick one you like more and throw the other one away
Noted, thank you for your response. Any reason for the pecdeck being ass?
I agree with this anon, keep bench and incline, and use switch up between dips, and the rest of exercises, just to keep it interesting. Also I would add arms to this, so you wouldn't just go to gym for chest and nothing else. Unless of course you go to gym every day any way, then sure do your brosplit.
So I do a bi's back, and then a shoulders and Tris and then legs but I'll take any advice. Been lifting for a few years but wanted to try to develop chest more
Nice physique, true, your chest looks a bit lacking, but so does your biceps, or is it just the poses?
Might be pose, they're 15 inches no pump, 6'2.
Thank you anon. That's what I feared.
Well idk of that's alot or not, but I've been working out for 11 months and have 41cm biceps so idk
Yeah but height or humerus length
Also I started at PF...chest doesn't really exist there lol. At a different club now with benches and and seen really good number growth
