              If your limiting factor is your lungs then you aren't getting as much stimulus to your legs as you could have been, and if you're about to pass out after a set you're 100% breath limited.
              You should be training with a specific focus and known compromises at any given time. Shit like what was originally suggested is just for ego

    For me being around strangers and overthinking every social dynamic/interaction/etc is a lot harder than actually lifting heavy shit. Main reason i've only been using the squat rack in my garage despite having a membership.

    agreed it's helped since my new gym is only five minutes away and isn't that crowded so I rarely have to wait for anything

      Anterior pelvic tilt shouldn't cause back pain unless your spine is literally deformed.
      Just train your lower back specifically using a full range of motion in the standard 5-30 rep range and the pain will probably go away.

          No, it doesn't. It's a physio/chiropracy meme not based in any statistical evidence.
          I had an anterior pelvic tilt and back pain. I trained my lower back, I still have anterior pelvic tilt but the back pain is gone.

          If you have muscular pain then the best way to solve that is by getting stronger.
