I had an ex that would go on moronic diets for like a week and a half, lose weight, then eat fricking packaged muffins and shit in bed before gaining it all back plus dividends. She got progressively fatter on this micro cut bulk cycle

why do women lack discipline so much?

      Anonymous

because they just don't need, pussy is power so they can get their way no matter what

      Anonymous

because discipline isn't something you are born with, it's something you gain through training it.
women never had a need for that. no matter what failure they present, in almost all cases it will be seen as helpless and thus cute and a guy will want to help her with it.
if they fail at sport, it doesn't matter because no one expected them to succeed.
if they fail their classes, there will be plenty of guys lining up offering to teach them (in the hopes it will get their dick wet).
if they fail at their job, one of the guys in the office will help them out so they stop crying.
and so on and so forth.
the only failures that are eventually punished are those where it takes a long time for the damage to accumulate, like them getting fat. so by the time they realize they need help, there is no guy left who has any interest in helping them.

      Anonymous

Like the other guys said, they’re bailed out of all their shitty decisions. What use is having the discipline to make good decisions when you can just make bad decisions and nothing bad happens to you?

      Anonymous

I have lived with women and I can guarantee they are a little braindead from all the shitty advice they get. A lot of women genuinely fear red meat because they worry about getting fat, combined with (my theory) that it fricks with their iron lron level which are already low due to having periods. It also isn't great that they are more prone to eating disorders in general due to higher depression and anxiety rates, they aren't designed to be as competitve as men can get and it shows in their physiology, more likely to stay in bed, eat sweets, and acting like children. The only time you'll see a woman with a real head on her shoulders is when she has her own kids to think about, but that is less likely now.

It's true for inactive people with shitty lethargic metabolisms. Idc how much this last word triggers IST, it's true, but it's the person's fault because they eat junk food and sit on their ass all day, which completely fricks up their hormonal profile and makes things harder for them. These types also have a junkie's brain that makes them crave the shitty food they're addicted to and anything lower on the food pyramid puts them in a bad mood. So yes, for them it feels like shit.
Active people can lose weight if they *forget* to get enough calories for a single week.

why do people have to pathologize everything they feel?? yes if youre a fatass its normal to feel a little bad/guilty about it, its good motivation to keep going and be healthier as long as you dont go off the deep end and become ana or something

      Anonymous

      >why do people have to pathologize everything they feel??
they use it as an excuse to deflect blame. no one blames you for not being at peak performance when you are physically ill, it's just natural that you can't do your best while having a fever.
so they just take their failures from a lack of willpower, claim it's a mental illness and then expect that now, no one can criticize them for it anymore because it's outside of their control, they are just sick!

It's called shame, something fat women aren't used to feeling.
    >Exercise addiction
I doubt it. Humans can do substantially more work in a day than people believe.
    >Missing period
Over 5 pounds? Could just as easily be the BC wienertail you take or stress about something moronic that you could easily remedy.
    >body dysmorphia
    Again, shame manifest
    >no social life
Budget your calories. You can go out for drinks or get something to eat if you're able to practice the most surface level of discipline the rest of the week.
    >binge eats
No self-control, you already binge or otherwise overeat, that's why you're fat.
    >always tired
Lifestyle changes aren't supposed to be easy. If they were everyone would be fit.

      Anonymous

      >Always tired
is bullshit anyway. Once you start having a diet with an appropriate caloric deficit (so nothing too wild, something like 300-700 kcal of deficit a day, not a starvation diet with <1500 kcal), you feel tired for the first few days, afterwards, you feel completely fine. I lost almost 100 lbs from my highest weight in one go (took me about 2.5 years) and I felt better during weight loss than before, simply because my body didn't have to pump all of my blood into my gut to digest all the excess calories, so there was more left for my brain, lol. Also, my general "brain fog" progressively cleared during weight loss, probably due to less visceral fat. Thankfully, I've maintained a healthy weight for three years, now. I think that fact that I was a fatty once makes me hate fat people even more.

Not eating proper breakfast isn't a good idea, tbh, because you'll have a greater loss of muscle mass compared to other types of caloric deficit. Skipping lunch is much more effective.

What even is "exercise addiction"? The urge to move and work out is a basic mammal instinct. Is my dog addicted to exercise because he is unhappy if he can't run a few miles a day? Our body is physically designed to be able to perform physically demanding tasks like hunting, farming and carrying heavy stuff all day. Some tribes in Africa literally hunt animals by running behind them until they keel over from exhaustion, this way of hunting takes multiple hours of constant running.
And that urge to move isn't even an urge that hurts your health, it's one where your health actually profits from (if you have enough to eat, which is clearly the case with people trying to lose weight). So how could you call that an addiction? It's deeply unnatural and unhealthy that some people seem to have disabled that urge through junk food and sedentary lifestyle. You call your body rediscovering the joy of one of its most natural functions an addiction? Saying you have an exercise addiction after stopping your sedentary lifestyle is like saying you have an addiction to human contact after you stop being a hikkimori, lol

they are just massive hedonists with zero self-control. it's like people who buy fat reduced products just so they can eat larger amounts of it (and then still get fat anyway because they also have to eat more of it to get the fat their body needs)

only if you're mentally ill. a normal person just cuts out some part of their diet, preferably the unhealthy parts, and then loses weight.
you don't even have to do anything, you lose weight through the absence of doing something.

      Anonymous

This is why I don’t get fat people, after my first serious bulk it takes a lot of time effort and money to gain weight. I was eating a full meal every 4 hours with snacks every 2. I felt gross all the time, but my lifts were great. Becoming fat takes so much work and makes you feel like shit, why does anyone choose to be fat.

        Anonymous

it takes no effort for them because their lives consist of sitting on the couch and eating snacks.
they don't have to prepare the snacks. they don't have to make time for eating them because it's not like they were doing anything that demanded their attention.

also the healthier your diet, the harder it will be to overeat. eating a whole bag of chips is easy. eating a whole bag of broccoli is harder, despite having much less calories.

        Anonymous

It takes just a couple weeks of saying "Frick it" for it to go from Gross and difficult to "I could do with some midnight mcdonalds". Once they're comfortable with that, they live it for years, and the damage adds up.

Then factor in that most of these entities have been doing this since they were children, they rarely know any different.

I think it depends on the reason
if it's a woman then it's probably for aesthetic reasons, if she loses the 5 pounds she won't be happy and will think the solution is to lose more until she likes what she sees
happens to men too, but evidently not as often
