        body weight only. I'm dyel in the sense that I've only been seriously lifting for half a year, but I've made enough progress that coworkers are starting to notice and complement me. I can also see myself growing of course.
        But the man breasts have been the bane of my existence. I still have them but they're going away much more than I thought they ever would. Pushups every day to build the chest muscles and lots of shoulder & chest lifts have really improved things.
