But the man breasts have been the bane of my existence. I still have them but they're going away much more than I thought they ever would. Pushups every day to build the chest muscles and lots of shoulder & chest lifts have really improved things.

idk, but 10x10 pushups every single day on top of my regular lifting has helped quite a lot.
